1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

    • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).

6. Cancellation & COD Note

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • We currently do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
